A brief meditation on language, violence and faith.
The title of this short, characterless ‘history play’ refers to the May 2011 U.S operation to kill Osama bin Laden in Abbotabad, Pakistan. In the book No Easy Day former SEAL Matt Bissonnette, who participated in the mission, states that “Geronimo” was the code name for bin Laden.
GERONIMO is published in THE WHITE REVIEW NO. 10.
